We are a family-owned company established in Pordenone in 1973. Back then, our main focus was the installation of electrical, plumbing and hydraulic systems in civil and industrial buildings, as well as their management and maintenance. We have grown quickly, always remaining credible and reliable, thanks to the farsightedness and solid experience of the founder, Raffaele Scannicchio. In 2002, the handover of the company to his son, Davide, came with a significant expansion of all activities and the specialization in general contracting. From the activities related to electrical engineering and hydraulic systems, we have extended our scope to building automation systems and telecommunications, always ensuring efficiency, connection, and technological integration. Today we are a well-organized, solid, and certified company, well suited to provide our professional services on jobs at all levels, from the most common to the most complex. Our organizational skills and our flexibility allow us to meet any need.

CERTIFICATIONS
Being certified not only means having technical and operational quality certificates but, above all, means being able to guarantee reliability and certainty to customers: This not only facilitates the decision-making process but also provides peace of mind to the contracting party.
FGAS
We are registered with the Italian National Register of Fluorinated Greenhouse Gases (FGAS) and are qualified to install, maintain and repair refrigeration, air conditioning and heat pump equipment containing fluorinated gases. For this purpose, we use FGAS certified personnel and suitable equipment.
ISO
Our business processes are managed with an ISO 9001 quality management system, and we have obtained the ISO 14001 Environmental management system certification and the ISO 45001 Occupational health and safety management systems certification.
MEPA
We are a founding company of the Italian Public Administration electronic market (MePa) with registration number 685/AD/S/2012.
SOA
We are SOA certified for the following categories according to their contract price:
OG 1: civil and industrial buildings (Class V)
OG 10: high/medium voltage transformation systems and the distribution of electricity with alternating and direct current voltages, public lighting systems (Class III)
OG 11: technological systems (Class III)
OS 30: indoor electrical, telephone, radiotelephone and television systems (Class V)
