Industry 4.0 is a process leading to the full automation and interconnection of industrial production. This new paradigm being implemented for the intensive use of innovative digital technologies in industrial processes is introducing a new global revolution.
Given these ongoing processes, the skills required from the workforce are also changing: the ability to solve problems will be the most sought-after skill, but creativity and flexibility will also become increasingly important.
This rapidly evolving scenario increases our commitment to our never ending improvement process; indeed, we have been implementing continuous training and education efforts for some time now in order to ensure we are up to date with digital innovation in industry processes and, therefore, able to support companies in this critical matter.
